The most important information to provide when placing your order is the firm in hands event date. This is a mandatory field in the order placement process. Please order early and allow three business days to process your order. Your goods will ship from our warehouse in Missouri, so ground transit is typically 3-5 days. At this time, UPS is experiencing longer than normal delivery times.
Special instructions for your order are also important. There is an optional text box provided when placing your order to add any special instructions that will help the hotel or conference facility route your order correctly. For example, provide any booth number, event name or instructions regarding holding the packages for guest arrival.
Orders cannot be shipped to a PO Box.
When your order ships, you will receive an automated email from the Boeing Careers store that provides tracking information.
